What happens if an item I ordered is out of stock?

Backordered items will ship as soon as they become available. You will be notified immediately if part of your order will be out of stock with an estimated delivery date. If you choose not to wait, you may cancel the backordered item and receive a full refund for that item.

Do you collect sales tax?

Yes, by law we are legally bound to collect sales tax in the state of Florida. We are required by law to collect 7% sales tax on all orders shipped to a Florida address. All shipments outside the state of Florida do not require a tax.

Do you have a printed catalog?

No, unfortunately at this time we do not. Due to the fact that we are always adding new and exciting products, it is very hard for us to capture it all on paper. But we do send out periodic emails notifying you of new items being added and if you join our mailing list you also receive huge discounts on our sexy lingerie.

Exactly how secure is your store?

Great question-This store uses a top of the line and state of the art program to ensure a safe-N-secure transaction. Now we can't divulge all of our jargon on why our site is so safe but this is what I can tell on what makes it secure (for your piece of mind). Credit card transactions are completed using a 128 bit SSL encrypted secure transaction. SSL uses secret-key encryption to exchange a session key between the client & the server; this session key is then used to encrypt the internet transaction. Every Transaction uses a different key so that even if someone did manage to decrypt a transaction (which they won't), that would mean if they tried to decrypt the next sequential transaction (there's many), they would have to spend just as much time and effort on that one also (which is nearly impossible!!)

If I buy something, do I have to join the mailing list?

No, you never have to do anything you don't want to do although we do give you an opportunity to join our list at the ordering form, but if you do not want to join, simply click the "no" button. Do you ship discreet?

All orders will be shipped in plain packaging & the words sexy, lingerie or anything else resembling sexy lingerie will NOT appear on the outside of the box.
The only thing on the shipping label will be E.C.I (the name of the website will not appear on the outside of the box)
Every order will include a packing slip inside the box which shows the name & address of the buyer. Prices will be shown on the packing slip for your reference.
